How to Prepare For UP Home Guard Exam
The last cycle’s physical test was rescheduled to 15 September, long after the written exam, and candidates who had only studied for the paper were the ones scrambling. Split your preparation roughly evenly between the written syllabus and running, and build the running first, because stamina takes weeks to improve and general-knowledge revision does not.
Start with a daily 30-minute run and a weekly timed trial at the distance the last PET used, which you should confirm from the old notification PDF.
Conclusion
UP Homeguard Vacancy is expected to release around 7,600 seats. Treat the notification PDF as the only source for dates, age limit and allowance. Prepare to pass a physical endurance test as well as for a written exam. The admit card will be released before the exam and application form is accessible once the notification gets released.
