| Exercising of options after certificate verification | July 6 – July 10, 2025 |
| Freezing of options | 10 July 2025 |
| Display of mock seat allocation | On or before 13 July, 2025 |
| Any Modification | July 14 – July 15 |
| Freezing of options for first round of seat allotment | 15 July 2025 |
| Provisional seat allotment for first phase | On or before 18 July 2025 |
