The segregation is expected to check the latest rush at exam centers and the smooth and fair conduct of exams. In the same vein, the board also changed the shift for the Class 12 Sanskrit exam to lessen congestion.
Exam Center Allocation
The UP Board is also adopting a digital, computer-based center allotment process for 2026. Within a radius of 7 – 15 km from your school or residence, you will be assigned an exam centre. This digital policy is aimed at ensuring that students do not have to travel too far and the centres are determined based on availability of infrastructure, safety etc.
