The massive recruitment of over 12 million applicants includes both graduate and undergraduate candidates. The selection process is multi-staged, having two computer-based tests following up the typing or aptitude skill test, document verification, and medical examination (for certain posts like railway). Stages of selection
To recruit the most qualified candidates they structured the process in multiple stages for various non-technical posts. Candidates must clear the CBT-1 to get their name in the shortlist for the next round.
